Location: Chicagoland / Illinois

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Architect to lead the design and coordination of commercial, retail, and restaurant projects. You will play a key role in turning client visions into functional, code-compliant, and aesthetically pleasing spaces while working closely with our construction teams from concept through post-construction support.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for commercial and retail projects 
  • Prepare construction documents, permit drawings, and as-built documentation 
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, interior designers, and consultants 
  • Ensure all designs meet local building codes, ADA requirements, and project budgets 
  • Provide architectural support during construction and post-construction phases 
  • Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals for design intent compliance 
  • Manage design changes and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 
  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Architect or Architectural Designer (commercial/retail preferred) 
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam 
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction methods 
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial, retail, and restaurant construction projects from start to finish. You will manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout
